Being a hopeless military enthusiast, with a particular interest in ground forces and AFVs, it shouldn't come as that much as a surpise that I am also an insatiable model collector, particularly of armoured vehicles belonging to the Second World War, the Interwar Period and the earliest stages of the Cold War; though I also possess several models of modern AFVs and MBTs. such as the T-14 Armata.
I have thus acquired a rather wide knowledge in regard to model collecting, with tens of models from manufacturers such as Dragon Armor, Trumpeter, Tamiya, Panzerstahl and so on.
Having noticed there is often little source of information in regard to military models, I thus decided to share my opinions and my experiences in this regard as well.

I will write articles about the models I own, entering into detail in regard to model's history, the quality of the model itself, as well as its historical accuracy - mainly concerning details and insignias - and my experience with the model's manufacturer.
I will try and analyze anything that might of use to you, so that you may finally decide if the model's is worth it and, eventually, make your decision; or maybe just take a look at some of the most amazing pieces of engineering that you can hold in your hand.
Probably one of most known and famous manufacturer of diecast and plastic models: with the use of high-quality materials and with highly detailed models, their reputation is surely well-deserved.
Not an extremely well-known manufacturer, Panzerstahl, however, stands out for the high-quality of the materials used, with several models being fitted with metal barrels, the detailing of their models and their exclusives.
Trumperter is widely known in the military modelling world; their Easy Models series is aimed at providing less-experienced model collectors with pre-assembled models for them to start cultivating their hobby with. Quality isn't particularly great, in most of the cases, though the price is also generally lower than other manufacturers',; nevertheless, some models stand out and are exclusives, or, at least, extremely rare.
